304 Stainless Steel
Every internal surface — worktop, backsplash, sink, cabinetry — is 304 marine-grade stainless steel. Rated for coastal air, chlorinated water, driving rain and freeze-thaw cycles. This is what makes a PoshBBQ pod a genuine weatherproof outdoor kitchen and not a plywood carcass with a stainless veneer.

Galvanised Steel Frame
The structural frame is hot-dip galvanised steel — the same corrosion-proof coating used on motorway crash barriers and offshore staircases. It carries the weight of the pod, the door mechanism, the appliances and everything you put on top for a lifetime of British winters.

Aluminium Honeycomb Core
Inside the outer panels sits an aluminium honeycomb core — the same lightweight, rigid material used in aircraft floors and yacht bulkheads. It gives the outer skin its shape and strength without adding freight-killing weight.

Six-Layer Outer Panel
The outer skin is a six-layer baked composite — primer, base coat, colour, protective barrier, clear coat and UV-stable topcoat — all cured at 220°C in an automotive-style paint oven. It won't fade in UK sun, peel in the rain or chip when you brush a wheelbarrow past it.
